We pre-qualify them all so they are all decision makers with confirmed hotel projects in the Middle East and Africa. There are no time wasters at HI Design! These are the ‘impossible to meet’ hotel project leaders of the Middle East and Africa. It’s a mixture of around 40 Interior Design Agencies/Architectural practices and 25 Owner/Operators with 1 or 2 top FF&E procurement houses, all represented at a senior regional level. There is a maximum of 65 manufacturer places in total. When we reach the limit, we close the door.
